3.1 Project Milestones: Refunds are evaluated based on the progress of the project relative to the agreed-upon milestones defined in the Service Agreement. Payments made for completed milestones or rendered services are non-refundable.

3.2 Digital Product Integrity: If a digital product is found to be materially defective or non-functional despite the Controller's best efforts to remediate, a partial reimbursement may be initiated following a formal technical audit.

3.3 Request Procedure: Reimbursement requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within 14 days of the service delivery or project phase completion.

4.1 Scope of Work: VeltraxisTechnologies provides web development, digital architecture, and technical consulting services. The specific scope of work is defined in individual project proposals and contracts.

4.2 Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed digital products are transferred to the client. The Controller retains the right to showcase the work in a professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3 Liability: The Controller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of digital products. Total liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

4.4 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
